These terms govern your use of Simppeli and set out what we can and cannot do for each other. By accessing this site, you accept them in full.
What these terms cover
This agreement applies to simppeli-kasino.fi, an independent information portal about the Simppeli casino brand. We provide editorial content, factual guides and responsible-gambling resources. We do not operate the casino itself, process player accounts, handle deposits or withdrawals, or manage customer disputes with the operator.
White Hat Gaming Limited (company registration C73232, registered at 85 St John Street, Valletta, VLT1165, Malta) runs the casino platform. Any transaction, bonus claim or account issue sits with them, not with us.
Who may use this site
You must be 18 or over (18+) to access any part of simppeli-kasino.fi. Gambling is restricted to adults, and we take that boundary seriously. If you are under 18, leave now.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Post, transmit or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene or incites harm
- Attempt to breach the site's security, interfere with its operation, or access areas not intended for public use
- Scrape, copy or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your relationship with us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone breaching these terms.
Intellectual property and content ownership
All text, images, design elements, code and trademarks on simppeli-kasino.fi belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish our content on another site, in an app, or in any medium that generates revenue, without our explicit written consent.
The Simppeli name and logo are trademarks of White Hat Gaming Limited. Their use here is purely descriptive and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
What we are responsible for
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. Casino terms, bonus structures, payment methods and licence details change, and we update our content as we become aware of those changes. Always verify current terms directly with the operator before making any financial decision.
We are not liable for:
- Losses arising from reliance on outdated or incomplete information on this site
- Issues with your casino account, including withheld withdrawals, disputed bonuses, closed accounts or verification delays
- Technical failures, downtime or data loss affecting simppeli-kasino.fi
- The conduct, policies or practices of White Hat Gaming Limited or any third party we link to
Our liability for any claim connected to your use of this site is limited to £100. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits such a cap (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Links to other sites
We link to the operator's own pages, UK regulatory bodies, responsible-gambling charities and payment-provider sites. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Your data and privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you also accept those terms.
Responsible gambling and player protection
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If it stops being enjoyable, free confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org and through the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (24/7, free from UK landlines and mobiles).
Self-exclusion tools are available through GamStop, and blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker can prevent access across devices.
Changes to these terms
We may update this agreement to reflect changes in the law, our services or how the site operates. We will note the revision date at the bottom of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of simppeli-kasino.fi will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
